not only in terms of academia but in terms of personal life bullshit

college is easy for white kids because most of them just drink and party and get crappy but passing grades and know white privilege will carry them far afterwards. they don’t worry about gpa’s and all that shit like us cause they don’t need to. these white kids be having a ball all 4 years and it always made me so sad cause i was miserable partially due to them and also because my gpa and my mental health were connected and as a Black student you have to be the best and brightest or try the hardest and work a lot to get any worthwhile connections out of the fucking institution that will be lasting after graduation
